BCCG and REINZ jointly present a webinar on the complexities involved in selling unit title properties – especially apartments. Whilst targeting real estate professionals and covering all the detail they need to know about the property they’re marketing; this 30-minute webinar is also essential viewing for anyone considering buying an apartment.
Melisa Beight, REINZ General Counsel interviews Tim Jones, BCCG National President and Catherine Slater, Secretary, BCCG Auckland, covering everything from exposing the “lock-up and leave” myth to understanding that ownership under a unit title structure involves ongoing commitments including body corporate fees, maintenance contributions, and compliance with body corporate rules and the Unit Titles Act 2010.
