BCCG appoints Kendal Dunlop as Executive Officer
The Body Corporate Communities Group is pleased to welcome Kendal Dunlop as its new Executive Officer.

Kendal joins BCCG with a strong background in communications, branding, marketing, creative delivery and client engagement. Her career has included senior communication and creative roles with Onfire Design and Fuse Creative, where she worked across brand, marketing and customer-focused projects for a wide range of organisations.
Her appointment comes at an important stage for BCCG as the organisation continues to build the capability needed to deliver its Transform30 strategy.
The Executive Officer role works closely with the National Executive and supports a wide range of BCCG activity, including governance, member engagement, education, advocacy, communications, stakeholder relationships, partnerships and national initiatives.
A key focus will be helping turn BCCG’s strategic priorities into practical, coordinated activity that delivers value for owners, committees and multi-unit communities across Aotearoa New Zealand.
Kendal’s background in clear communication, creative problem-solving and bringing projects through to delivery will be particularly valuable as BCCG continues to strengthen its profile, member offering and wider sector engagement.
We are delighted to welcome Kendal to BCCG and look forward to working with her as the organisation moves into its next phase of delivery.
