A Leadership Update
The Body Corporate Communities Group has confirmed that National President Tim Jones has stepped down from his role for health reasons.
While Tim will remain on the National Executive, his involvement will be limited while he focuses on his recovery.
Tim has made a significant contribution to BCCG, bringing deep sector knowledge, strong relationships and a firm commitment to improving outcomes for body corporate communities across Aotearoa New Zealand. The National Executive thanks Tim for his leadership and wishes him and his family well as he focuses on his recovery.
BCCG continues its work under the Transform30 strategy. The National Executive is managing the leadership transition, supported by the recent appointment of Catherine Slater as Executive Officer.
BCCG is also establishing an Advisory Panel to provide access to specialist expertise in areas such as strategy, business, law, finance and communications. The Panel will provide advice only. Governance and decision-making will remain with the National Executive.
BCCG remains focused on empowering multi-unit communities through trusted resources, advocacy and connections. Further leadership arrangements will be announced once confirmed.
