Unit Titles Act Review Submission

The BCCG has made its submission in response to consultation sought by MBIE for proposed changes to the Unit Titles Act 2010. This was done with the considerable help of our members. We had nearly 300 people provide feedback to us, from copies of personal submissions through to quick thoughts by email, as well as those who responded to our survey. Branch meetings on the subject were also well attended.
As is always the case, not everyone agreed on all points but with all the responses received we believe that we have a reasonably good view of the membership as a whole. Our thanks go out to all who put time and effort into this matter.
