Section 88 UTA - Remote BC Meetings extension

The Epidemic Preparedness (Covid-19) Notice 2020 has been extended for a further 3 months, it comes into force on 17 March 2022 and will expire on 17 June 2022.
This means the ability to run remote meetings under section 88(3) of the Unit Titles Act 2010 continues through to 15 September 2022, being 12 weeks from the latest Notice expiry date.
The latest Gazette Notice confirming the Epidemic Preparedness Notice renewal can be found here. Note that this needs to be read together with section 88(5) of the Unit Titles Act 2010 (which defines the temporary nature of section 88(3)).
