Section 88 UTA – Remote BC Meetings Extension (No 3)

The BCCG is pleased to report that that the Epidemic Preparedness (Covid-19) Notice 2020 has been further extended effective today and will expire on 22 March 2021.
This means the temporary ability to run remote meetings under section 88(3) of the Unit Titles Act 2010 is extended out to 13 June 2021.
This is the 3rd extension and it's possible it will be extended again but we won't know until close to 22 March 2021. The Prime Minister also has power to revoke the Notice early so watch this space, we will report as soon as we know.
