UNIT TITLES REFORM PETITION NEARING CLOSE DATE
On 15th October 2019 a petition to NZ Parliament was launched seeking That the House of Representatives urgently pass legislation to amend the Unit Titles Act 2010 to address issues such as good governance, building maintenance, and current problems with the sale and purchase of apartments and units.
This petition remains open until 30th January 2020.
It is in the interests of the majority of all BC and Unit Title Owners that this review is supported, and BCCG is encouraging all Unit Title Property Owners to sign up to the petition.
