Oceanside T2 Court of Appeal Decision
This case relates to the charging of maintenance costs under Section 126 or Section 138 of the Unit Titles Act. As such, it sets a precedent for future decisions and therefore is of interest to all BCCG members.
The Court of Appeal on 19th December 2018 released its decisions on the case to Counsel for both parties. This case has not yet been uploaded to the Justice Department website and so is provided for downloading here by BCCG:
