New earthquake legislation has taken affect this week that will affect many BCs, including those outside the EQ hotspots. EQ funding initiative is not enough. ‘Good start – but more is needed’ say the Body Corporates Chairs’ Group (BCCG) and the Wellington Inner City Association (ICA) .
