Our Guest Speaker, Mark Goodin is a Cadastral Surveyor in the Property Rights team at Toitu Te Whenua/Land Information New Zealand (LINZ). the Property Rights team provides specialist technical guidance to LINZ on all things unit title.
Mark is also a unit owner in a Central Wellington apartment building.
