The topic for tonight's meeting is "Insurance for Bodies Corporate". Given the challenges with insurance faced by many BCs in Wellington at the moment, this is a hot topic!

Tim Grafton, Chief Executive of the Insurance Council of New Zealand, will be providing an update on the current state of the insurance market in Wellington following the recent Mayor's forum. He will be accompanied by Terry Jordan, Operations Manager, and John Lucas, Insurance Manager, who will be available to answer questions.

James Shearing, an insurance broker widely experienced with residential Body Corporates in Wellington and with handling large EQ damage claims, will focus on how to get the best insurance results in the current conditions. He too will be taking questions.
