This is a great networking and self-education opportunity being provided to a range of sector participants including members of BCCG. There will be opportunity to ask questions about any topical items - for example, the current court cases regarding charging of maintenance and repairs back to owners under Section 126: it is possible that a Court of Appeal decision on the Otway case (which is considering issues dealt with in the Sebel case) may be available.
